GRIT: strength-focused group training

Get ready to get your sweat on with us in GRIT! This small group fitness class focuses on increasing strength by using functional movements. Show us you’ve got GRIT by rotating through a series of strength stations while using equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX straps, and resistance bands to work on all major muscle groups from head to toe.

STAMINA: cardio-focused group training

Our cardio-based small group fitness class is high-energy and focused around HIIT (high-intensity interval training) stations. HIIT is known to increase endorphins, boost metabolism, and build muscle simultaneously. Together we will burn a killer amount of calories all while having fun and building STAMINA! Expect efficiency and major results from this class.
